6 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
MID-STATE ATTACHMENTS, herein referred to as MSA, a manufacturer of quality skid steer attachments, limits its liability for any defect with respect to accepted goods to repairing the goods at MSA’s location or replacing them, at MSA’s discretion. The aforementioned shall be in accordance with MSA’s adjustment policies. MSA’s obligation shall terminate six (6) months after the delivery of the attachment to the original purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to any machine or attachment that has been repaired or altered outside of MSA, as determined by MSA, in a manner that affects its stability or reliability, nor to any machine that has been misused, neglected, or involved in an accident, exceeding the manufacturer’s recommended machine rated capacity.
WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, authorization from MSA must be obtained. This warranty does not include freight or delivery charges incurred when returning the attachment for servicing. Pickup and delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY
Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, MSA makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THAT ITS ATTACHMENTS ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MSA is not liable for any inconvenience, rental or replacement equipment, loss of profits, or other commercial loss. The buyer assumes all liability for any personal injury and property damage resulting from the handling, possession, or use of the attachment by the buyer.
